Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to act as the specialty pharmacy resource for your assigned clinical teams, interpreting data and contributing to Mercer H&B discussions. You will help create summary reports and participate in Pharmacy Practice meetings while upholding compliance and professional standards.

In this role you will mentor team members, develop training materials, and advance program effectiveness through pharmacy assessments.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Pharmacy license.
• 7+ years clinical pharmacy experience.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and data reporting.
• Ability to evaluate specialty medication regimens.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead teams to deliver client deliverables.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• Clinical acumen to evaluate specialty medication regimens


• Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks


• Strong communication skills with ability to share highly technical information


• Ability to partner and lead teams to produce client deliverables


• Ability to work independently and on a team
