The Clinical Pharmacist will join a highly collaborative Pharmacy Department that supports inpatient and clinical pharmacy services across multiple specialties. Reporting to Pharmacy Leadership, the Clinical Pharmacist will work alongside experienced pharmacy technicians, supportive and friendly nurses, respected physicians, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide comprehensive medication management, clinical consultation, order verification, pharmacokinetic dosing, and patient counseling while participating in interdisciplinary committees and quality initiatives.
