Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences with typically 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with PK, PBPK, PK/PD, pharmacometrics or systems pharmacology.
• Ophthalmic drug development or ocular pharmacology experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads clinical pharmacology, PK, PD, and pharmacometrics activities across Rx ophthalmic and consumer eye health pipelines.
• Contributes to action plans for candidate selection, first-in-human strategy, dose selection and justification.
• Provides overall clinical pharmacology timelines and deliverables to inform portfolio decisions.
• Negotiates with other functions to balance time, cost, and quality/performance.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of PK/PD data analysis and software tools.
