Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Associate Director in Clinical Pharmacology to lead pharmacology deliverables for Internal Medicine projects. The role emphasizes MIDD approaches, PK/PD modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across Discovery, Development, and Regulatory teams.

The candidate will design End-to-End pharmacology plans, oversee dose-ranging strategies, and contribute to regulatory submissions while mentoring less experienced colleagues and staying current with evolving guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical pharmacology teams.
• Strong quantitative PK/PD modeling and simulations.
• Experience with regulatory interactions and submissions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Clinical Pharmacology representative on teams.
• Lead clinical pharmacology deliverables for projects.
• Design and execute pharmacology plans and best practices.
• Plan dose-ranging strategies and PK/PD analyses.
• Contribute to regulatory documents (IND/NDA/MAA).
• Coach and develop junior staff.
• Stay current with guidelines and literature.
