Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Manager of Clinical Pharmacology to support the Internal Medicine portfolio. You will provide clinical pharmacology and MIDD expertise, influencing study design, PK/PD analyses, and regulatory interactions within cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes leading End-to-End pharmacology plans, developing rational dose regimens, and integrating patient characteristics with disease knowledge to enable efficient decision-making in drug development.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative skills in mechanistic PK/PD modeling, systems pharmacology, literature meta-analyses and clinical trial simulations.
• MD/PhD or PharmD with pharmacokinetics/pharmacometrics focus; industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; global team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as Clinical Pharmacology representative on cross-functional teams.
• Lead and deliver clinical pharmacology plans and best practices on projects.
• Design and oversee PK/PD analyses and dose-ranging strategies.
• Contribute to regulatory documents and briefings.
