Position Summary

Responsible for evaluating and monitoring drug therapy, making patient-specific recommendations to improve pharmacotherapy outcomes for hospitalized patients. Provides education on drug therapy to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers, and instructs pharmacy students and residents.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy
• ASHP-Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Active and valid PA pharmacist license or eligibility

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ability to prioritize and organize daily activities
• Effective communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to analyze clinical data and perform calculations
