Job summary

QPS Holdings, LLC is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to lead pharmaceutical services within our clinical research center in Springfield, MO. The role emphasizes FDA/ICH/GMP compliance, SOP oversight, and management of trial drug dispensing across studies.

The incumbent will ensure USP guidelines adherence, lead staff, and collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and regulatory bodies to advance trial quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Sterile compounding and cleanroom experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA/GCP/ICH guidelines preferred.
• Certification / Licensure: State Registered Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of USP guidelines, FDA requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Advise on drug development strategies and regulatory submissions.
• Review and approve SOPs related to pharmaceutical services.
• Implement GMP-aligned SOPs for encapsulation and labeling per sponsor direction.
• Prepare complex compounding drugs in a USP797 pharmacy.
• Oversee study randomization and dispense/transfer study medication per IP administration.
