Job summary

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Pharmacy: LC Clinical Services seeks a Hematopoietic Transplant and Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacist. The role covers inpatient and clinic rotations with a Monday–Friday schedule and periodic weekend/on-call duties.

The position offers full-time hours, a pay range of $54.90–$82.35 per hour, and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Collaboration with a diverse healthcare team and teaching responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed/eligible for licensure in practice state.
• Experience in hematopoietic transplant or cellular therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to educate patients and caregivers on medications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs medication therapy regimens based on current literature.
• Counsels patients and caregivers on medications, adverse effects, compliance, and administration.
• Evaluates and interprets medication orders and prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
• Supports medication safety, quality improvement, and formulary adherence.
• Precepts pharmacy students, residents, and teammates as assigned.
