Qualifications

• 3+ years direct patient care in pharmacy.
• BLS/CPR required or willing to obtain.
• Immunization delivery certification preferred.
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Travel may be required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform final verification on prescriptions with 100% accuracy; maintain safety and accuracy.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels and storage of high-value specialty medications (cold chain).
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Drive clinical intake and benefits investigations.
• Provide counseling to patients on complex therapy regimens and document interventions.
• Collaborate with providers on Prior Authorizations and Appeals.
• Act as a clinical resource for drug interactions and therapy management.
