Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to abdominal organ transplant recipients and living donors.
• Serve as a designated transplant team member and oversee staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers and coordinators within the transplant program.
• Lead and coordinate the transplant pharmacy team.
