Job summary

This position is for a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in the ICU, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Daily ICU rounds, order verification, pharmacokinetic consultations, warfarin management, and TPN assessments are key duties.

The role further includes evaluating medication profiles, monitoring therapy, and contributing to quality improvement, research, and education for residents and students.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• PGY1 residency required; 2–5 years preferred.
• MO licensure with RPh certification; clinical experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• PGY1 residency required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 2-5 years preferred
• Licensure for Medication Therapy Services in MO and RPh certification
• Strong clinical, collaborative, and mentoring skills
