Qualifications

• RPH license in the state of employment.
• 0–1 year hospital or retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication safety.
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately per orders and protocols.
• Review orders, assess regimens, and optimize therapy.
• Participate in medication safety and quality initiatives.
• Counsel patients and families on usage and adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor outcomes and support regulatory compliance.
• Assist in inventory management and cost-saving opportunities.
