Lakewood Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist at our main campus in central Minnesota. The role combines direct clinical pharmacy services with operational oversight, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other health professionals to optimize medication therapy.

The ideal candidate will monitor medications, participate in antibiotic stewardship, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to the pharmacy team.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in Minnesota.
• PharmD degree or a minimum of three years hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient medication regimens and provide pharmacokinetic and drug information consultations.
• Support antibiotic stewardship and nutrition services.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and supervision to pharmacy support staff as needed.
