Job summary

Encompass Health invites a licensed Pharmacist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team, ensuring safe and effective medication use and contributing to clinical services within a patient-centered care model.

You will participate in policy development, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support medication management within rehabilitative care, while upholding Joint Commission and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• State board licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contributing to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in adherence to professional standards.
