Qualifications

• State pharmacy board licensure in good standing in the hospital's state.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contributing to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures in line with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary team to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications per law and professional pharmacy standards.
