You will conduct provider and member outreach to address gaps in care, support medication adherence initiatives, and help improve quality metrics while staying compliant with federal and state regulations. The role requires a PharmD, NY pharmacist license, and strong clinical communication skills.

Qualificações

• Requires pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist with a state license in good standing.
• Experience with clear, written and verbal clinical communication.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmaceuticals and billing practices in medical and pharmacy benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Support initiatives to resolve gaps in care through provider and member outreach.
• Ensure recommendations align with latest guidelines and clinical compendia.
• Provide clinical pharmacy support to technicians during member outreaches.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Analytics for digital member outreach channels.
• Identify and resolve same-day member grievances per policies.
• Oversee compliance with all State and Federal agencies.
• Precept Pharmacy Residents and Students.
• Ensure clinical criteria comply with CMS and NYSDOH.
• Research drug information to maintain clinical knowledge and disease state understanding.
• Review monthly reports and provide trends and improvement ideas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
