Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in Virginia.
- Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Drug Control Act and patient privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pharmacy activities as specified by the Drug Control Act.
- Provide professional pharmacy services and patient counseling.
- Perform compounding using appropriate supplies and equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date patient drug profiles and records.
- Assist in formulary development and drug stock management.
- Maintain day-to-day pharmacy records as required.
- Contribute to pharmacy audits and compliance procedures.
- Attend work as scheduled and participate in training.
