HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist PRN to support the pharmacy team under supervision of a licensed pharmacist. The role focuses on accurate medication dispensing, maintaining dispensing systems, and adherence to hospital policies. You will participate in daily operations, patient safety initiatives, and department meetings to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications include a Pharmacist license and a Doctorate or Bachelor’s degree. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Fills orders for medications with speed and accuracy for pharmacist to check prior to delivery.
• Maintains and accurately fills automated dispensing machines.
• Performs routine manufacturing and prepackaging; maintains records and ensures pharmacist checks.
• Organizes and prioritizes work; ensures pharmacy services are provided in a timely manner.
• Attends staff meetings and stays informed about department communications.
