Job summary

Ridley’s Family Markets in Idaho is seeking a licensed pharmacist to manage the retail pharmacy, counsel patients, dispense medications, and provide clinical services. You will collaborate with physicians, supervise pharmacy staff, and support store programs to meet sales goals and increase prescription volume.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, active state license, and a strong customer-service mindset with flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
Active pharmacy license in the state with licenses in good standing.
Strong commitment to customer service with willingness to provide clinical services.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Flexible work schedule required.

Responsibilities

Check/verify prescriptions and provide excellent customer service; interact with physicians and manage pharmacy personnel.
Execute common store processes and help pharmacy operations achieve business objectives.
Uphold service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, inventory and records.
Satisfy all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements.
Ensure work processes are efficient and responsible at each workstation via QA steps.
Demonstrate leadership by coaching and mentoring pharmacy staff and partnering with management to meet sales targets and increase prescription volume.
