In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist identifies, prevents, and resolves drug therapy problems by ensuring each medication is indicated, effective, safe, and convenient for the patient.**Job Description****Job Duties*** Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.(Do not delete, move or over-write this statement)* Assures the appropriateness of drug therapy and compliance with hospital policies* Oversees the distribution of medications throughout TJUH* Supports implementation of processes to assure the quality of Pharmacy services* Trains staff as assigned (e.g., residents, interns, technicians, new pharmacists)* Precepts student pharmacists as assigned.
