Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy with advanced training required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with physicians on dosages and drug interactions.
• Prepare, label and dispense medications per physician orders.
• Maintain dispensing records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee medication processes and staff training.
