Job summary

Community And Rural Health Services is seeking a Staff Pharmacist-PRN to support outpatient clinic operations in Fremont, OH. As a per diem role, you will ensure safe medication use, provide clinical expertise, and oversee pharmacy activities in the Director of Pharmacy's absence.

You will fill prescriptions, counsel patients, oversee inventory, and collaborate with healthcare teams to promote quality care. Ohio license, 340B familiarity, and immunization credentials are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Must hold Pharmacist license in good standing with the Ohio Board.
• Experience with 340B program and regulatory compliance.
• Immunization certification preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the Director of Pharmacy.
• Fill prescriptions accurately and timely.
• Provide patient counseling on medications and side effects.
• Ensure proper storage and security of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain patient profiles and billing via pharmacy software.
