Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent education/experience.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug-related problems.
• Contacts MDs, nurses and other professionals as necessary to facilitate care.
• Compounds and dispenses medications and supervises the work of pharmacy support personnel.
