Providence Swedish is seeking a pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team at Swedish First Hill. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective drug therapy for all patients while providing clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.

You will participate in training, orientation and education of staff to support clinical excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist License at hire.
• Experience in clinical drug information and staff education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for all patients.
• Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.
