Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing required, or licensure eligibility within 90 days of hire.
• Immunization certification required for Retail or Specialty Pharmacy positions.
• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' pharmaceutical needs and provide pharmaceutical care.
• Accurately compound and dispense prescribed medications and solutions.
• Counsel patients, families, and healthcare professionals on drug therapy.
• Monitor patient drug therapy for interactions, contraindications, and adverse reactions.
• Oversee daily pharmacy workflow in the absence of Pharmacist-in-Charge or designee.
