St. Bernards Healthcare is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team in Arkansas. The staff pharmacist will compound and dispense medications per orders, supervise support staff, provide clinical consultation, and engage in patient counseling and quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires BSPH or equivalent, Arkansas licensure, and preferably a hospital pharmacy residency or related experience. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position within our hospital.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with BSPH degree; must be licensed to practice in Arkansas.
• Hospital pharmacy residency and/or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• This is a safety-sensitive position with typical hospital duties and physical requirements.

• Compound and dispense medications according to practitioner orders; supervise staff; provide clinical consultation and patient counseling.
• Review medication orders, participate in quality improvement, and support pharmacy education and research.
