Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor patient medication therapy for safety, efficacy, and appropriateness.
• Collaborate with physicians on medication selection, dosing, drug interactions, and adverse events.
• Provide clinical recommendations and document interventions.
• Prepare, label, verify, and dispense medications accurately per physician orders and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; oversee dispensing records.
