Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required and licensed in Florida.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Must hold Florida Board of Pharmacy license renewed every two years.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates an understanding of safety, emergency and risk management procedures.
• Demonstrates understanding of hospital mission and Pharmacy department goals.
• Demonstrates ability to dispense medications and intravenous fluids according to policy.
• Documents on appropriate forms and in systems per guidelines and quality programs.
• Operates pharmacy systems and applications used in the department.
