Job summary

You will maintain HIPAA compliance, support the mission of affordable, accessible care, and guide pharmacy operations and staff under state and organizational policies. AZ license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• AZ Pharmacist license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Level One fingerprint clearance card.
• Ability to work in a team with HIPAA and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Disburse medications and provide counseling to patients and staff.
• Verify prescriptions and perform clinical drug therapy reviews.
