Performs pharmaceutical and clerical duties to support pharmacy operations within established time frames and quality standards.
Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA and corporate policies.
Assists in prescription intake, counting, weighing, packing, and pharmacist verification as needed.
Ensures accurate entry of patient and prescription information into the pharmacy system.
Handles cash transactions and copayments with receipts.
Maintains pharmacy equipment and work areas to department standards.
Complies with 340B Drug Pricing Program regulations and related policies.
Provides excellent customer service and communicates with patients and internal clients effectively.
