Job summary

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with care teams and patients.
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs and evaluates pharmacy services including dispensing medications.
• Interprets orders for contraindications and interactions to ensure safe care.
• Monitors therapy and coordinates with clinicians for optimal outcomes.
• Counsels patients on proper drug use, effects, and risks.
• Mentors students and staff; supports workflow across the pharmacy team.
