Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to oversee clinical services and patient care in East London. You will ensure safe, effective use of medications and contribute to developing clinical pharmacy services to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level pharmacy degree required.
• Registered with SAPC.
• Minimum 3 years of practicing pharmacist experience, with some clinical exposure.
• Strong knowledge of drugs, interactions, and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and within standards.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, medication therapy management, and patient counseling.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize drug therapy.
• Monitor patient responses and resolve drug-related problems.
• Participate in rounds and provide drug information to staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
