Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Clinical diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support medicines optimisation through review and reconciliation.
• Provide expert medicines advice to patients and staff.
• Assist in safe procurement, management and stock control of medication.
• Support introduction and evaluation of new medicines and therapies.
• Contribute to clinical governance, incidents, audits and learning outcomes.
• Support pharmacy operations including dispensing and procurement processes.
• Assist in training and development of colleagues across the hospital.
