Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Arizona per State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Level I fingerprint clearance card (or path to obtain within 7 working days).
• Willingness to travel or be reassigned as needed within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Disburse medications prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.
• Counsel patients and staff on medication use and potential interactions.
• Collaborate with health care team to review drug therapy and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Perform final verification of prescriptions and medications dispensed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety, and 340B program requirements.
• Provide drug information and clinical interventions as needed.
