Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience applying clinical interventions to optimize patient safety and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Process, compound, and dispense pharmaceuticals accurately.
• Monitor patient drug therapy for safety and efficacy.
• Participate in bedside rounds and antimicrobial stewardship; provide recommendations.
