Job summary

Responsibilities

Educate and counsel patients, families, and healthcare team on safe and effective medication use.
Engage in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds, ensuring smooth transitions of care from admission through discharge and follow-up.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents; support team learning and development.
Review and monitor medication orders and patient profiles to prevent, identify, and resolve drug-related problems.
