Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
• BLS, CPR.
• Active State Pharmacist License in good standing: PHARM:XX.
• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Services and current practice concepts.

Responsibilities

• Interprets prescription orders completely and ensures safe patient care in compliance with state/federal rules.
• Monitors drug interactions and dosing to prevent adverse outcomes.
• Provides professional judgment, patient counseling, and team guidance.
