Qualifications

• Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• BLS-CPR certification.
• Active State Pharmacist License in good standing: PHARM:KS.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy services, regulations, guidelines and professional standards.

Responsabilités

• Interpret prescription orders completely and accurately, clarifying for safe patient care.
• Monitor drug utilization and detect interactions and dosing issues.
• Provide professional counseling to patients and the healthcare team.
• Participate in Code Blue and other emergencies to ensure adequate drug supply and appropriate use.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and supporting staff, directing workflow and ensuring duty completion.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensing transactions for legend and controlled drugs.

Formation

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
