JobRx, Inc. seeks a qualified hospital pharmacist to join our Colorado team. The role involves interpreting orders, preparing and dispensing medications, including IV admixtures and chemotherapy, while adhering to all laws and safety protocols.

The pharmacist will monitor therapy, manage drug interactions, and provide clinical consultation to staff and patients. A Colorado license and ACPLs certifications are required, with 3–5 years hospital experience preferred.

Formación

• Current license to practice pharmacy in Colorado required.
• 2-5 years pharmacist experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with CODE BLUE response is desirable.
• Experience with medication reconciliation and drug therapy management.

Responsabilidades

• Interprets medication orders and maintains patient medication profiles.
• Compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals, including IV admixtures and oncology drugs.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations; manages controlled substances records.
• Monitors drug therapy for interactions, allergies and dosing adequacy.
• Provides clinical consultation and cost-effective therapeutic alternatives.
• Documents all clinical activities and participates in quality improvement activities.
