• Document clinical activities and interventions, including consults and patient education.
• Verify medications prepared by pharmacy staff.
• Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals to resolve drug-related issues.
• Provide clinical services across patient age groups per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of automated systems.
