Formación

• Pharmacist licensure in California (CA).
• BLS CPR certification per American Heart Association.
• Pharmacy degree (PharmD or BS in Pharmacy).

Responsabilidades

• Review prescriptions for safety, assess interactions, dosing and allergies.
• Perform final check before dispensing medications.
• Explain drug information to patients and health professionals.
• Clarify unclear orders with the licensed provider.
• Maintain knowledge to provide clinical services for all age groups.
• Maintain working knowledge of automated systems.

Pharmacist license CA

BLS CPR

ACLS preferred

Educación

Doctor of Pharmacy

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
