Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation/Basic Life Support (CPR/BLS).

Responsibilities

• Assure medications and supplies are accurate and timely.
• Review and evaluate drug regimens for pharmacy intervention.
• Participate in patient care and multidisciplinary planning.

Skills

Review and interpret physician medication orders and evaluate medication profiles

Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with other members of the department

Demonstrate proper handling, preparation, and disposal techniques for chemotherapeutic agents

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited pharmacy program

Doctorate Degree: Pharm D (Preferred)
