Job summary

Walmart in Page, AZ is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing prescriptions and counseling customers on medication use and health care options.

You will administer immunizations, support Walmart's health programs, maintain patient records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and work with the team to uphold safety and service standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Pharmacy license is required by job entry date.
• Completion of ACPE Accredited Immunization training program is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on medications and health care needs.
• Administer immunizations and participate in Walmart health programs.
• Maintain confidential patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure quality and safety by following SOPs and company policies.
