Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Models and enforces customer service approaches and resolves issues per guidelines.
• Oversees community outreach programs and guides associates in community service.
• Ensures compliance with policies, analyzes reports, and monitors safety controls.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
• Manages pharmacy operations, monitors inventory flow, and analyzes financial trends.
• Promotes patient care safety and counseling on new therapies and items.
