Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care including patient counseling and prospective drug use evaluation.
• Dispense and label prescription drug therapy accurately and in a timely manner.
• Bill medications through prescription coverage as appropriate.
• Administer immunizations and perform basic non-sterile compounding.
• Assist site manager in training and supervising pharmacy support staff.
• Maintain clinical proficiency by reviewing literature and attending in-services, seminars, or conferences.
