Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and appropriate therapy.
• Provide medication counseling and patient education on usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Manage inventory, ensuring proper stocking, storage, and removal of expired items.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and guide dispensing and patient interactions.
• Compound medications as needed per standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate medication transaction and patient interaction records.
• Stay updated on new medications and best practices to enhance patient care.
