Qualifications

• Maintains records, processes and monitors narcotic usage.
• Reviews, interprets, and processes provider medication orders.
• Prepares IV admixtures and other medications.
• Educates staff on medication usage.
• Educates patients on medication usage.
• Oversees technician staff.
• Monitors drug therapy, intervenes with providers, documents interventions.
• Participates in community health events.
• Maintains competence through continuing education.
• Participates in work assignments at other SIH facilities.
