Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes, enters, verifies, and distributes medication orders in a timely manner and in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Ensures that medication therapy is efficacious, safe, cost-effective, and achieves best outcomes.
• Assures medication prescribing is appropriate for indication, dose, route, frequency, allergy history, and interactions.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

One year's technical experience
