Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of pharmacy is required.
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice is required.
• PharmD degree preferred.
• One year's technical experience preferred.
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• ACLS/HACLS or HS-ACLS required.
• BLS/HBLS or HS-BLS required.
• PALS/HPALS or HS-PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and fills orders for medications; monitor patient therapies; provide drug information; identify and troubleshoot potential safety hazards; document all interactions for medical review; supervise and direct support personnel.

Education

Graduate of school of pharmacy

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

One year's technical experience

Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
