• Familiarity with comparative effectiveness research and specialty drug pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day UM Pharmacist operations and adjudication accuracy.
• Oversee capacity planning, SLA adherence, and workflow efficiency.
• Own the UM platform, including decision trees, tests, and configurations.
• Mentor Clinical Pharmacist Supervisors and QA & Training Specialist.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data-driven reporting.
